Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
